Employment Equity

Letlhabile is managed by black individuals from historically disadvantaged communities, who are committed to the employment, training and development of previously disadvantaged individuals, particularly women, youth and the disabled. All the employees of Letlhabile are black individuals.

Skills development

Letlhabile is a micro enterprise that is committed to developing the skills of its employees. The most valuable staff training and development takes place on the job in terms of mentoring and on-the-job coaching. This process quickly ensures that all our staff are able to work on the same level of quality standards. It has to be noted that the management of Letlhabile is made up of professionals with extensive management experience. Therefore the need to provide training is not urgent. However, as professionals, there is a need to constantly refresh knowledge. In this regard, 2% of Letlhabile net profit is allocated to sending its professionals to seminars and conferences. In the same manner, our support staff is constantly exposed to training that is geared at improving their skills.

Preferential procurement

Letlhabile is committed to procuring its goods from black economic empowerment suppliers like stationery suppliers, office furniture and others.

Enterprise Development

Our commitment to transformation, reconstruction, and development is integrated into a cohesive model that focuses on one key area: Entrepreneurship. Letlhabile recognizes that unless South Africa can produce entrepreneurs in the lower echelons of society, the ideals to alleviate poverty, unemployment and strife, will remain a long-held pipe dream. Our efforts therefore are focused towards building capacity to budding entrepreneurs like ourselves - providing them with hands-on assistance in terms of developing business cases, managing their businesses, financial management and other issues. Letlhabile has committed to sharing its knowledge and its expertise with two BEE consulting firms. These are our strategic alliance partners who we have committed to assisting in growing their business, transfer skills and knowledge.

Residual (Social Responsibility)

Letlhabile firmly believes in investing in communities where we do business. In the past financial year 40% of Letlhabile's revenue came from projects in Tshwane; therefore Letlhabile decided to sponsor a junior soccer team called Shoshanguve Blizzards.
